Right of Revocation

 

You may cancel your contract without stated reason within 14 days in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the merchandise has already been delivered prior to the expiry of this period – by returning the merchandise. The period of cancellation begins upon receipt of this notification in written form, however not prior to the delivery of the merchandise to you or the recipient.

 

In order to comply with the cancellation policy deadline the timely dispatch of a revocation or the merchandise suffices.

In the event of an effective revocation the received services and goods by either party are to be returned and any benefits received to be granted back. If you are unable to return the received services, or are able to return them only partially or in deteriorated form, you will be obliged, as applicable, to provide adequate compensation. You are only obliged to pay compensation for uses drawn, if you use the goods in a way, which exceeds the checking of the quality and functionality. “Checking of the quality and functionality” means the simple trial use of the particular good, such as the customer would have reasonably been able to conduct in a store. You may avoid the obligation to provide compensation for the deteriorated condition of the goods, as caused by their intended use, by not using the goods as though they were your property and from refraining from any actions that could impair their value.

 

Goods suitable for return by parcel shipment are to be returned at our risk. You bear the cost for returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond in value to the ordered goods and when the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 Euros; or, if in the case of a higher price of the goods you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of revocation. In all other cases you can return the goods free of charge.

 

Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. For you this time period commences with the dispatch of your revocation or the merchandise, for us it commences upon their receipt.
